Return & Exchange

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. At Fabforever, we offer a simple and fair return process to make sure you feel confident shopping with us.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale, clearance, intimate, or custom-stitched items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Email teamfab@thefabforever.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
  2. Once approved, we will share return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  3. A $10 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item or size, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will cover return shipping for approved cases.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
