Product & Order FAQs

A: Most of our items come in sizes XS to 3XL. Please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements and fit recommendations.
A: We aim for accurate product photography, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
A: Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order begins processing and may not be editable.
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking info via email.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

A: Orders usually deliver within 10–18 business days after dispatch. Processing time is 2–4 business days.
A: Not at the moment — but we’re working on it. Sign up for updates to get notified when it’s available.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

A: You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. A flat $10 return fee applies. Visit our Refund Policy page for details.
