Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Fabforever. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items, including clearance, custom-stitched, or intimate wear, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at teamfab@thefabforever.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if needed.

Note: A flat $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing. Return shipping is free only for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it quickly and provide a return label at no cost.
